I have microsoft office 2010 on my computer which I purchased online with a key code which I obtained from the store. It's a full license but my outlook says it'll expire on the 26th of this month and that it's a trial version. Any help on how to deal with this problem?
first Verify that you did purchase the full version and not the student teacher eddition. Assuming that you didn't purchase the full version and you were charged for it, you have two options, contact microsoft to get a replacement key with the copy of your reciet, or go back to the retailer and complain. The suite is the complete suite and only the key code determines what is the applications that are unlocked for full use. Good luck and may you get this rectified.
Ipurchased the full lisence of the student adition but outlook is not a full versiion.
You might want to upgrade that to Home & Business. We recommend that for all our clients since it has all the things they would use. If a person needs access then it's professional but home&Business has worked well.
